You can either move them right back in or drop them into a different house, but evicting frequently unsticks stuck things. Be sure to do a separate save (Save As.) before doing this so that you can revert if it causes a serious issue. It shouldn't, but then Sims shouldn't get stuck in sneaking animations, either. #2.

I try saving in edit town mode, and live mode, save as, but it just gets stuck at the saving screen. The Game doesn't completely freeze, it just acts like it's still saving (The diamond keeps spinning, like something is happening) and I alt control delete its still reponding.
